Our Story
Founded in 2015, PJM Scheduling Services was created specifically to provide masterful construction scheduling services to General Contractors and Owners.
The company was born out of frustration after Pat Mullen was working for a Construction Management firm, providing scheduling consulting services for a General Contractor on a large program. The program grew, and so did the need to hire quality construction schedulers who were expert users in Primavera P6. This task proved to be much more of a challenge than he could have ever anticipated.
The problem came when applicants would describe their competency in the software and as schedulers, which was convincing. But after hiring several individuals, it was clear that scheduling was not their primary skillset, their writing and communicating abilities were lacking, and there was clearly not a mastery of the software.
